1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of qd999, you must create a registered account. The following terms apply to account registration and ongoing account security obligations.

1. You must register using your own valid Bangladesh mobile phone number. This number will serve as your primary account identifier and will be used for account verification, OTP delivery, and withdrawal confirmation. You must not register using a mobile number belonging to another person.
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qd999 account password. You must choose a password that is unique to qd999 and not shared with any other service or platform. qd999 staff will never ask you for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

9. Intellectual Property

The compilation of all content on qd999 is the exclusive property of qd999.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the qd999 platform, use of the platform, or access to the platform without the express written permission of qd999. Any unauthorised use of qd999's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qd999's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows.
